TRAIN LIKE A PRO.

Private and small-group sports performance training for athletes in Austin, Texas.

SERVICES

What we offer.

Basketball Skills Training

Handle, footwork, finishing and shooting mechanics, coached in reps that hold up under contact and fatigue.

Strength & Conditioning and Speed & Agility (Coming Soon)

Strength and conditioning is the base everything else sits on. Compound lifts loaded properly, conditioning matched to the demands of your sport rather than to exhaustion.

For speed and agility, we work on acceleration, deceleration and change of direction. We work the first three steps and the ability to stop — the two things that decide most possessions.

CLASS TYPES

GROUP & Private TRAINING.

Group Training (up to 10)

Capped at 10 and grouped by level (intermediate and advanced). Same programming and the same coaching standard, run alongside athletes at your stage — enough competition to raise the effort, small enough that nothing goes uncorrected. This is where most athletes train.

Private Training

Just you and your coach for the full hour. The session is shaped around how you move, what you are working on and what you need that day — adjusted as it happens rather than written in advance. Nothing gets missed, and nothing gets rushed. The right choice when you want the work built entirely around you.
